Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, operated by Hi‑LiTE Technologies (P) Ltd. under its HiSol brand (“HiSol”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Use of This Website

This website and its content are provided for general informational purposes only, to help you learn about our products and get in touch for a quote. 3. Products, Services & Quotes

Product descriptions, specifications (capacity, warranty terms, model dimensions), and images on this website are provided for general reference and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing depends on the model, capacity, and installation requirements assessed at the time of quotation.

4. Warranty

Warranty terms stated on this website (including the 5‑year unconditional warranty on solar water heater inner tanks) apply as described on the relevant product page and are subject to the specific warranty terms provided at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or installation not carried out or approved by us.
